Can I choose between a one-time or recurring donation?
Yes, you can select either a one-time contribution or set up a recurring donation (monthly or annually).
When will my payment be visible?
Payment visibility depends on the payment method used. Debit or credit card payments appear immediately, while SEPA Direct Debit transactions may take up to 5 working days to process.
Can I stop a recurring donation?
Yes, you can cancel your recurring donations at any time with just one click.
Can I leave a message after donating?
Yes, donors have the option to leave a message on the donation page after completing their donation.
Is there any additional cost when I donate?
No, you only need to pay the donation amount. There are no extra charges.
Do I need to register to donate?
No, registration is not required to donate. However, you can register later using the same email to view your donation details.
How are the donation funds handled?
All funds are held in a dedicated third-party bank account. A registered accountant reviews the administration to ensure transparency and security.
When are the donations sent to the projects?
Donations are paid out monthly directly from the third-party account to The IK Foundation’s projects.
What if the project doesn't reach its target?
Any collected donations will be used to initiate the project and sustain the work until the goals are achieved.
Are donations refundable?
Donations are generally non-refundable in accordance with relevant policies.
How is my data protected?
