We do everything in our power to ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible. Deliveries seldom take more than 14 days in Europe (EC) and 30 days to the rest of the world.
The shipping payment between The IK Foundation | BOOKS & ART and you is a service registered separately on your order. We can not refund the shipping cost for any returned goods.
RETURN POLICY
Returns of any goods purchased are subject to the returns policy of The IK Foundation | BOOKS & ART, as outlined below. At The IK Foundation | BOOKS & ART, we aim to facilitate your shopping experience to the greatest extent possible. Consequently, we have streamlined our global returns policy to be straightforward.
I: IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY with any item you have purchased from The IK Foundation | BOOKS & ART (online or by mail order), return it to us in its original condition with your Order Reference Number within 14 working days of receipt, and we will issue a refund for the price of the item. The IK Foundation strives to do so within fifteen banking days. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
II: A NOTE REGARDING LIMITED EDITION BOOKS: Please be advised that numbered books acquired through The IK Foundation | BOOKS & ART are non-returnable and ineligible for refunds. This policy is due to the limited edition nature of these publications, whereby each copy is distinct.
III: DELIVERY, DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE | Any damage or shortage must be notified to the carriers and The IK Foundation | BOOKS & ART within three days of receipt of the goods; otherwise, no claim can be made. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company management.
TAXES & DUTIES
Depending on your country of residence, The IK Foundation | BOOKS & ART sends packages from its storehouse within the EU. All orders are VAT-free, but please be aware that you may be charged VAT and a handling fee by the carrier upon receipt of your package.
