There is much practical work going on in The IK Foundation right now, with preparation and testing of new ideas and departments within The IK Workshop Society.

Around the world specialists work hard to get ready for this year's field work, while upcoming publications are created in our editorial studios.

In the meantime we are sending out our annual Calendar for year 2019, full of facts about IK's publications – also being a small and beautiful calendar to hang on the wall or to use as a bookmark. This year's Calendar theme is ”The Elements” based on a watercolour by IK's Field artist Måns Bergendal. ”Foggy shore at Forlandet, Spitsbergen” a true meeting between nature, art and science – showing the Light-element nucleosynthesis.
